A hand-pieced clamshell cushion. I love the colours!
A quilt-as-you-go cushion with piping! Should you wish to read about my misadventures in making piping, you can read this post!
A patchwork teddy called Henry! Made using a pattern from Love Patchwork and Quilting.
My very first quilt. I am quite proud of this. It was made using fabrics from the Vin du Jour range (3 Sisters for Moda fabrics).
Coasters! Can’t remember what fabric this is but I think I bought it from a quilt shop in Narberth (South Wales). If you haven’t been to Pembrokeshire then you really should go, if for no other reason than because there is a quilt shop in Narberth (their website doesn’t really do them justice). If you want another reason then there is a very good tapas place too…
This is a doorstop that I made with some fabric picked up in a thrift shop in Brighton. It was about £3.00 for more than three metres. I absolutely love the tiny flowers (which I hope that you can see in this picture). It’s now been donated to a friend who has just had a beautiful little baby girl, although I think that this has interfered somewhat with the sewing!
